If you have an unpublished policy, there are two possible reasons why.

1. You started creating your policy, but have not yet hit the Publish button at the end of the builder.

Access the builder by clicking Edit. Fill out the form to create your policy, then click Publish on the last page.

2. You are on the Basic plan and have already published a policy.

The basic plan allows you to publish one legal policy. However, you can build your other policies and save them in your dashboard. Once you upgrade your plan to Pro+, you can publish an unlimited amount of policies. Upgrade your plan to create additional policies.
