Script blocking is required for by the Cookie Law (ePrivacy Directive) described in the GDPR.
Our consent manager includes cookie blocking for third-party apps such as Facebook. It also works for any other script as long as prior blocking is set up.
If you use Google TM to manage your tags, you can also block third-party cookies through that platform.
