New Section: Artificial Intelligence
Purpose: Legal
Summary: Specify if you offer AI-based services or products on your website or app
Impact: The introduction of the policy will mention that your business uses AI Products and customers that use AI Products must follow the policy. The “USE OF THE SERVICES” section will list prohibited uses of your AI Products. A new section, “ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE,” will detail enforcement procedures for violations to the policy and efforts committing to best practices in AI ethics.
