To access the cookie preference button, please verify that you have our consent banner code snippet properly installed on the page you want your cookie preference button to show. Without the code, the button will not work.
You can verify if your cookie banner code has been installed properly on the dashboard.
Click Embed Consent Banner under the Consent Management dropdown on the left-side menu
Then click Verify Installation
If your code has been installed correctly, the button will display "Verified"
