You cannot hide or remove cookie categories in the preference center. Users should be able to adjust their cookie category preferences at any time. Even if you do not currently use a certain type of cookie, it is possible that your website could begin using that cookie category in the future.

If your website does not use a specific cookie category your preference center will show the number of cookies in that category as zero.
