In some cases, Termly may need to access local storage set cookies for the functionality of the app. If you were directed here, it means that your browser's local storage and/or third-party cookies have been disabled preventing the usability of the app.
Please see the guide below on how to manually resolve this issue.
Google Chrome
Click on the menu button in the top-right corner of your Chrome window.
Select “Settings” from that menu.
Click “Cookies and site permissions”.
Click on “Cookies and site data”.
Toggle on the setting for “Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)”.
Toggle off the setting for “Block third-party cookies”.
Scroll down from there and make sure that termly.io is not in your “Block” list. If you see “Termly” anywhere there, click on the trash can icon to remove it.
If the issue persists, you may need to check your StorageAccess settings:
Go to chrome://flags
Search for 'storage'
Find Storage Access API
Set it to 'Disabled'
Relaunch Chrome
Safari
Click the “Safari” menu and choose “Preferences”.
Click the icon labeled “Privacy”.
Set the option labeled “Block Cookies” to “Never”.
Close the window.
Microsoft Edge
Click on the 3-dot (…) menu in the top-right corner of your Edge window.
Select “Settings” from that menu.
Click “Advanced” at the bottom of the page.
Click on the “Content settings…” button under the Privacy and Security section.
Click on “Cookies”.
Toggle on the setting for “Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)”.
Toggle off the setting for “Block third-party cookies”.
Scroll down from there and make sure that "termly.io" is not in your “Block” list. If you see “Termly” anywhere there, click on the trash can icon to remove it.
Firefox
Click the “Firefox” main menu and choose “Preferences”.
Select the “Privacy and Security ” panel.
Set your options to “Standard”.
Close the window.
