Overview
As a Duda customer with Termly installed on multiple websites, you can now manage all your Termly installations from a centralized dashboard. This eliminates the need to switch between individual websites and gives you a comprehensive view of your compliance tools across your entire portfolio.
Who Can Use This Feature
This feature is available to websites with a paid Termly app subscription. If you have websites with the free version of Termly, they will not appear in the centralized view but can still be managed individually through the Duda editor.
Accessing Your Centralized Dashboard
Log into Termly through Duda as you normally would
Look for the "Manage Websites" link in your Termly dashboard
Click "Manage Websites" to open a new tab with your centralized dashboard
What You'll See
Your Website List
In the centralized dashboard, you'll see:
All websites with a paid Termly app subscription
Website names and domains
Quick access to switch between sites
Overview of compliance status across your portfolio
Two Ways to Use Termly
Within Duda (Single Website View)
Access through the Duda editor
Manage one website at a time
Same functionality you're used to
Centralized Dashboard (Multi-Website View)
Opens in a new browser tab
View all your websites with paid Termly subscriptions in one place
Switch between websites using the website selector
Access Termly's full feature set
Session Management
Your login session works across both the Duda interface and the new tab
No need to log in again when switching between views
Settings and changes are synchronized in real-time
Troubleshooting: “Manage Websites” Not Opening or Logging Out
If you click Manage Websites and are redirected to a login page instead of your Termly dashboard, this may be caused by your browser’s privacy or security settings.
Why This Happens
Some browsers automatically block “cross-site tracking” or third-party cookies by default.
Since the centralized dashboard opens in a new browser tab, these settings can sometimes prevent your login session from carrying over, causing you to appear signed out.
Affected Browsers and Settings
| Browser | Setting to Check | How to Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Safari | “Prevent cross-site tracking” | Go to Settings → Safari → Privacy & Security and temporarily turn off “Prevent cross-site tracking.” Then reload the page and try again. |
| Firefox | “Enhanced Tracking Protection” | Click the shield icon next to the address bar → choose “Turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection” for this site → reload the page. |
