Your support PIN is a secondary way for Termly to verify your identity. You may be asked to provide it as an extra verification step, or when a support agent needs to log in to your account to investigate an issue.
The PIN is single-use. It regenerates each time it is used, so the code you see may be different the next time you open the Support page.
Where to find your support PIN
- Log in to your Termly dashboard.
-
Scroll to the footer and click Support.
- On the Support page, find the Support PIN box.
- Click Copy to Clipboard to copy your PIN, then share it with your support agent when requested.
Note: Only share your support PIN when a Termly agent asks for it during a support interaction. It is meant for verification, so treat it like other account credentials and do not post it publicly.
Because the PIN is single-use and regenerates after each use, always copy a fresh one from the Support page rather than reusing an older code.
